And it’s a “Why” question, not “What” question. So what is it that we do and why do we do it better than anyone else? What’s the reason for doing it better? This brings out the core purpose of the organization.

The 4th is really about traits. What are the special skills? What are the personality traits? What characteristics make us different / special from others?
